If you would like to return any items please retain proof of postage. We are not liable for any items that have not been delivered to us. We ask that items being returned are clean, unworn and with original tags still attached.
Should you wish to return any item/s, we have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your parcel. However, due to current circumstances we understand that this may be difficult for some, please email us if you are experiencing any problems that may effect your return date.
We do not offer free returns and we do not refund postage costs, unless otherwise stated. Please allow 14 working days for your return to be received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be made within this time, but may take a further 7 working days to appear.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on END OF LINE SALE items, you will see this is stated on relevant sale items before purchase.
To return, simply send it to the address below, with a short note on the picking note, as to why you are returning it.

We suggest that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all products are returned at your own risk and we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are defective (see below), you will bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
We will refund your purchase cost on receipt of the goods, (less shipping) within 14 days of our receipt of the item. If free shipping used and return of goods brings cost of remaining items to less than £75.00, the refund will be adjusted to reflect £4.95 shipping charge.
The above does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in which you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.
If you return a Product to us because you consider it to be defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full.
