We do not offer free returns. Please return your purchase within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, unused and in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. To return an item, simply send it to the address below, with a short note on the picking note, as to why you are returning it.

We suggest that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all products are returned at your own risk and we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are defective (see below), you will bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
We will refund your purchase cost on receipt of the goods, (less shipping) within 14 days of our receipt of the item. If free shipping used and return of goods brings cost of remaining items to less than £50.00, the refund will be adjusted to reflect £4.95 shipping charge.
The above does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in which you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.
If you return a Product to us because you consider it to be defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us
