Can I change my shipping address or order details?

- We’re quick! All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are despatched same day! If you have placed an order after 2pm or before 2pm and need to amend anything please email sales@onelifeclothingonline.com as soon as possible and we can help! Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouse we aren’t able to amend your order.
Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?

- If you are an international customer (including EU/Ireland customers), you may need to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. These charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to and the value of the item. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. We advise you to order small quantities. Onelife Clothing cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into a country.
Can I track my order?

- Yes! We are delighted to inform you that all orders are despatched on a 24/48 tracked service. If for any reason you believe your order to be lost or you did not receive your tracking information, please email us after 5 working days and someone will be able to look into this for you.
Covid-19 update:
These are challenging times for us all and we want to reassure you that our priority is the safety of our customers and employees. Our warehouse team aim to process and despatch your order within 1 working day, with delivery time usually 2-4 working days after despatch. If your order has not arrived within 5 days, we will ask you to wait up to 10 working days. If after 10 working days your order has still not arrive, we will be able to open an investigation with the courier.
All orders are despatched using Royal Mail tracked service, tracking information should be emailed to you after your order has been placed. If you do not receive the tracking information, please email sales@onelifeclothingonline.com and someone will help you as soon as possible.
We offer free home delivery within the UK on orders over £150.
